Dhoom 2: Too Hot to handle

A Lawyer from indore filed a obscenity charge against Aishwarya Rai and Hirthik Roshan because of a Kiss scene in the movie Dhoom 2, the sequal of Orginal Dhoom.

Shailendra Dwivedi filed a petition in the central town of Indore who is requesting court to punish Aishwarya Rai and Hirthik Roshan for the Lip Kissing scene in Dhoom 2. The Local court accepted the petition and will hear on December 11.

DWivedi said that the scene in movie Dhoom 2 lowers the dignity of women in country and had a obscene message passed to all. He accuses that Bollywood stars are spreading Vulgarity in the society and these movies cannot be watched with families due to these kind of vulgarity.

His case can be accepted if the censor board of India given a U Certificate for the movie Dhoom 2. But the censor gave a U/A which is parental Discretion/ guidence certificate to the movie. This means that the movie Dhoom 2 has Obscene scenes abd must be watched with parental guidence only.

Recent times the ever greedy publicity seeking personalities of India seeks publicity in everything. They need a 10 minutes show in the television with their face and get popular. For that these kind of people are filing cases/ doing something stupid to gain the media exposure on them.

If this kissing scene is obscene then what abt Murder flim, what about Kaawashish, what about the rain dances of Telugu flims, what about the lip locking of Vallavan Flim.

The courts must punish these kind of people severly but there is a problem in law which is very soft on the petiotioner.
