Yeah, Britney spears was spotted in Miami without her Bra On and even she took the liberty to change her dress in public. Wow, the people of Miami got a great view of Britney going topless in public (isn't that public nuiencense), and pepparrazzi's are having great time in Miami. After rehab Britney posted a message in her official website to her fans and she started her public display.

My request for great psychiatrist to confirm that Britney spears is not having psychological problems.
