Even Anarkali suit can create controversy for Shilpa Shetty in UK

Saree, the traditional Indian wear that fascinates all celebrities around the world. Paris Hilton wore a saree, Britney Spears wore a saree recently. and at canes Aishwarya rai and our Bomb shell Mallika Sherawat makes a glam entry with it. Almost all fashion designers in entire world make sure its traditional look is unchanged however they do modifications to enhance its look.

Even in India Ladies wear saree for grand occaction to show their richness and grab the attention. This weekend the same saree created a big controversy in UK when an UK tabloid Daily Mail wrote an article on Shilpa Shetty`s first appearance

after their pregnancy. Daily Mail Readers took no time to show their anger online. it was an mistaken identity of two traditional dresses of India.

Recently after the pregnancy Shilpa Shetty made an appearance by wearing a white and red combination Anarkali suite with Red Duppatta. Daily Mail wrote an article on their Friday tabloid that Shilpa Shetty wore a saree. It was a mistaken identity by the reporter of daily mail who mistook Anarkali suit as saree. The headline read ‘Shilpa Shetty’s sari shows off her baby bump’, soon after the article was published, readers poured in and started posting comments on the tabloid about their mistaken identity.

Indian designers are amused by this error at the time when global fashion giants are coming up with exclusive saree collection and designing their own version of saree fashion. India`s renowned fashion designer Ritu Kimar feels that even though saree fascinates the west there are lot more people who does not know anything about saree or traditional Indian wear.

Other designers feel that we are over exaggerating things and we shouldn`t care about these small mistakes made by some UK paper.
