Mahendra Singh Dhoni as Opener

Yet another Experiment in Indian Cricket team's Batting order. This time from former Indian captain Mohammed Azharuddin. Mohammed Azharuddin said the team must try out unconventional ways if it was to stem the rot in South Africa. Azharuddin also suggested to promote Mahendra Singh Dhoni as a opener. Yet another Experimental suggestion from former captain of India.

He Stood in his experimental suggestion and said that there is a lot of experiments happened in Indian cricket Team, Yet another experiment would not do any harm to team. Azharuddin who was fighting in court to lift his life time ban in cricket due to the match fixing allegations. Azharuddin also said that a good opening pair is the key to success. and said india is struggling to get a good partnership which will provide a good 75 to 80 runs in first 15 overs which can take the team to a decent total further.

Azharuddin blasted the decision to promote Irfan Pathan to bat at number three. He said that the number three position in Indian cricket team was for a player who played 250 or som matches with lots of experiences. He indirectly quoted that number three position must not be given to junior players and it must be with the senior players who can bring a steady runs and maintain run rate.

Azharuddin felt, the Indian batsman are allowing south african bowlers to dominate them and they were not able to play the short balls properly. Even sachin who was a master of short ball hits also failed to clear the ground.

Former sri lankan cricketer Aravinda De silva said that the current problem with the Indian Cricket team is that they are not having fixed positions for batting line-up. He felt that the experiments done by Greg Chappell is not successful for the batting line up.

Every player around the world is feeling that there is too much experiment going around Indian Cricket team's Batting order. Is there any one who can advice Greg Chappell to stop the experiments.
